We are launching a new NEXTflex™ 16S V4 Amplicon-Seq Kit today. The NEXTflex 16S V4 Amplicon-Seq Kit has been developed to simplify bacterial metagenomics studies using Illumina® HiSeq and MiSeq platforms.

 

This is the only kit commercially available for bacterial amplicon-sequencing. Amplicon sequencing is based on ultra deep sequencing of PCR products for analyzing genetic variations. It is ideally suited for studies of microbiome community composition or comparative metagenomics.

 

The new version of the kit contains 96 barcodes.
